     Prepare / Record: Powers of Attorney, Deeds, Mortgages and other documents     
        for recording or filing.

     Current Owner/ Property Reports showing all Mortgage, Liens & Judgements on a property.

     Certification of status for real estate  and corporate taxes and municipal services

     Prepare Satisfactions or  Release of Mortgage

     Witness only closings

     Conduct 1031 exchanges
